Position: HR Manager – Organizational Development & Performance Management
Our client is looking to hire an experienced HR Manager focusing on Organizational Development & Performance Management. 

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing business structures, procedures, processes, and the utilization of resources.
  • Develop efficient systems for collection information on performance.
  • Design and review policies related to employee performance.

Requirements:

  •  10+ years of experience in Human Resouces with at least 4 yrs in Organizational Development/Performance Management function.
  • Experience in organizational change management program design and implementation.
