Position: HR Generalist
The Human Resource Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, Performance Management, Off Boarding, etc. The diversity of responsibilities is vast, involving anything from employee hire till retirement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
- Prepare Job Requestion and post jobs to appropriate job portal.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Human Resources Management or Equivalent.
- 4-6 years of experience as HR Generalist/Analyst (essential).
