Position: HR Coordinator-Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities:

  • Forecasts hiring needs on defined headcount plans, prioritises request fulfilment and reports & tracks talent acquisition activities.
  • Partners with Talent Acquisition Specialist to complete talent acquisition goals and facilitate solutions to overcome challenges.
  • Utilises and develops expertise of Taleo in maintaining all procedures, internal and external candidate searches, selection and reporting.
  • Conducts technical and language based interviews and tests in an assessment centre setting to ensure that the right person is employed.
  • Supports the generation of weekly reports and adhoc reports and takes corrective actions when KPIs are not met.

Minimum 5 Years

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or HR or equivalent, CIPD is desirable.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in talent acquisition and supporting the provision of services related to volume recruitment, assessment centres and selection within a large organisation.
  • Experience in working with suppliers and conducting assessment centres in the UAE.
  • Interviewing and stakeholder engagement skills
