Position: HR Business Partner/Talent Management Lead
Reporting to the Director of Talent IMEA and the Global Head of Support Professional (SP) Talent Management, the SP Talent Management Lead will be supporting the IMEA region to effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Serving as a business partner to key functional leaders in the region on their key talent needs.
Supporting SP hiring within the IMEA region, detailing profiles, starting searches and supporting first screenings.
Ensuring that the Regional plans are discussed at a Global level to ensure uniformity where needed.
Requirements:
You’ll have proven HR Business Partnering / Talent Management experience of a supporting a diverse employee workforce, ideally working within a fast-paced and multinational company environment.
