Position: HR Administrator
We are looking for an HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g., employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contract and new hire guides
  • Revise company policies and procedures
  • Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
  • Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues
  • Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms

Requirements:

  • Ideally, the candidate should possess a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in the Hotel Industry
  • You should be enthusiastic, spontaneous, and emphatic
  • You will bring with your strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English
