Position: Healthcare Recruitment Specialist
We are currently seeking a highly motivated, energetic Healthcare Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The role involves managing large volumes from sourcing to onboarding in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates and keeps hiring managers constantly updated on hiring needs.
- Maintains compliance with approved budgets and closely monitors progress
- Creates job postings and always maintains a pool of candidates
- Work closely with recruiters to manage all sourcing and onboarding tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Human Resources Management or Equivalent
- It is essential to have recent experience recruiting for renowned hospitals in the UAE.
- knowledge of UAE licensing procedures is essential
- Experience with SAP recruitment modules is an advantage
