Position: Head of Customer, International and Marketing
We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with and input into the development of marketing and customer plans
- Plan and drive the overall WPB Propositions including International customer segments
- Accelerate customer acquisition, growth and control attrition. As well, deepen share of wallet of existing customer base for WPB
- Support the design and deployment of Customer Experience strategies and framework across the organisation
Requirements:
- Degree level qualification in marketing and/or business studies preferred
- 15+ years broad based business experience in an innovative and customer-centric customer and marketing set up or an innovative
- Proven ability to work on multi-function projects demonstrating excellent relationship building skills
