Position: GDC Program Success Office Lead
Responsible for ensuring operational efficiency of the GDC and driving continuous process improvements throughout the program lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the process is executed as designed, addresses problems as they arise and escalates issues as needed.
- Document and monitor workflows, recommend improvements, and drive accountability across functions.
- Perform ongoing analyses on business processes related to productivity, quality, costs, and time management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
- 10+ years of marketing experience.
