Position: Finance Manager – R2R
The job holder constantly interacts with Business Finance and GMs and Group Finance leadership. The position also interface with other FSSC Towers / functions in ensuring quality monthly financials. The jobholder understands the front-end process and interface with financial and information databases to ensure accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Compliance of Accounting Standards, Reporting Standards and Group policies.
- R2R Transformation Initiatives – Streamlining the R2R activities, standardize and automate processes to improve efficiency levels.
- Creating an Effective / efficient R2R framework covering Close, Certify & Compliance activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification Chartered Accountant (or similar qualification).
- 4/5 years’ experience in a similar position.
