Position: Facility Manager (UAEN)
The role holder is responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day Facilities operations for the assigned property type (Retail or Commercial), and ensuring that all facilities related works are performed according to GMG’s approved safety and management standards, policies and procedures, statutory and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides technical support and advise on day-to-day facilities management for the assigned property type (Retail or Commercial) to GMG’s stakeholders
  • Assists in the plan and preparation of periodic forecasts of facilities operating budget, and identifies cost saving measures to reduce spending
  • Monitors all service providers as per contract and reviews their performance as per SLA’s

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience with at least 4-5 years in a similar role
