Position: Assistant Legal Counsel/Litigation
primary responsibility is to assist Legal Counsel/Sr. Legal Counsel in the co-ordination and co-operation with the responsible and relevant departments and units of Etisalat UAE, for all the purposes necessary for the effective and efficient execution of the business functions referred to herein
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and edit legal documents, regulatory filings, project plans and internal policies & procedures.
- Advice the senior executive Management and track workflows and submission deadlines.
- Assist with the implementation of corporate governance and compliance policies and monitor the same.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Law
- 3- 5 years of related experience in major firms or similar/ comparable entities
