Position: Product Manager- T&D
To be a leader of a successful engineering team in delivering advanced technology as Consulting Engineer in the domain Transmission and Distribution (T&D) for various National and Utility Grids, Developers, EPC Contractors and Government, Semi-Government and private industrial clients within Middle East.You will independently lead the T&D product and will be a proactive member of the Middle East team requiring your skills to deliver on time and on budget completed projects on T&D.
Responsibilities:
- To manage and control execution of T&D business operations in Middle East.
- Estimation of efforts for T&D tenders in the Middle East to enable most competitive bidding by sales while ensuring profitability during execution.
- Technical support to Sales and Business Development.
- Lead the T&D technical team and provide technical support to strengthen the team.
- Control and management of design and engineering resources and efforts to meet target cost as well as target timeline.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- 20 years of experience in Design and Engineering with an Engineering Consultancy Company or EPC Company.
- 10 years as Principle or Lead engineer position.
- International experience or UAE / GCC will be preferred.
