Position: Manager Change and Release
Plan, structure, authorise and effectively manage changes and releases to the IT production environment. Ensure that all changes to the production environment are implemented in an efficient and consistent manner with a target of zero impact on the production environment
Responsibilities:
- Create, implement and maintain a system for prioritizing RFCs and provides change and release management and KPI reporting for senior management
- Ensures that the Change and Release Team audit and review all the RFC?s after implementation to analyze the results, report on relevant findings and specify necessary improvements
- Chair and manage the Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings. In emergency situations invoke, chair and manage the Emergency Committee (EC) meeting
Requirements:
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
- Experience 8 + years of specialist technical experience in the Change Management arena within a large IT environment
