Position: Trainee – Forsati Program
Operations Duty Officer has to build and maintain positive relationships with all internal stakeholders from other departments as well as management and team members. Ensure that customers are consistently provided with the highest quality of service through an inspired and motivated team
Requirements:
- (12+4 or equivalent) in Hotels and Restaurant Management (hospitality)
- analytical skills, presentation and communication skills, customer focus. Fluent English
- 8+ years’ experience in hospitality, with at least 3 year in a supervisory or managerial role
