Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor the work of the operational plan and key performance indicators for all smart transformation activities and projects in line with the strategic plan of Dubai Smart Government.
- Preparing and monitoring the annual budget of the department and recommending amendments during implementation in line with the needs and projects of the department.
- Continuous search for the latest information technology programs that affect the effectiveness of work and help in achieving higher levels of performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent from an accredited university, PMP certification is preferred
- 8 years of relevant work experience.
