Position: Door Manager
As Door Manager, you will join a committed team, driven with the intent of delivering ‘FIVE-star’ experiences to an international diaspora in the heart of vibrant Dubai. You’ll work closely with the management team to develop constantly evolving service goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests at the door, takes and confirms their reservation
  • Ensure that guests coming in are wearing the appropriate dress code
  • Check if guests are matching with bookings and accept walk in members and guests if tables are available
  • Handle members and guest’s enquiries or requests, providing correct and accurate assistance or information which meets their needs
  • Ensure communication with all relevant parties is clear, consistent and transparent and also ensure flexibility throughout

Requirements:

  • Have the ability to drive initiatives to increase brand loyalty
  • Have strong organizational and time management skills with the high degree of flexibility
  • A meticulous eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
