Position: Director Of English
We are looking for a well experienced and outstanding candidate to join our team as Director of English commencing in Sept 2023 The role demands to be responsible for the English Department of the school and any other areas detailed by the Head of Secondary 

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the curriculum is monitored in terms of learning outcomes so that learners make good progress in line with expectations
• Be responsible for student discipline and pastoral care, liaise with Administration, form tutors, parents and subject teachers as necessary
• Ensure the curriculum reflects the needs of the pupils and the standards and content required by ADEC
• Identify and or provide appropriate training, through coaching and mentoring, for individuals to meet their professional development goals

Requirements:

• Applicants should be  with exceptional subject knowledge and experience of not less than 6 years in Education Field
