Position: Director – MPGS Commercialisation
This role will develop localised product & go-to-market strategies, commercial constructs & drive large scale cross functional efforts to sucessfully launch new products and enhance current customer offerings. This role will own the Governments & Financial Institutions customer vertical and will be based in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Develop customer segmentation & vertical strategies including pricing models & Go To Market play book
- Commercialize and scale propositions across key verticals
- Work with regional product to develop localised view of products & develop pipeline to drive revenue
- Leverage learnings to help inform strategy for both global & regional product
- Work closely with wider global MPGS team to ensure efficient flows of working
Requirements:
- A good knowledge of the payments industry and a keen interest in its evolution
- Experience commercialising products and bringing them to market
- Experience of building relationships and delivering results with global, multi-cultural and remote project teams
- Experience of driving change and managing senior stakeholders
