Position: Design Director

This is a high-end mixed-use development of multiple high-spec towers in a prime location in Dubai. Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval

Responsibilities:

• Directing and ensuring design management is consistent across projects, or phases
• Ensuring design management function is aligned with other PMC functional targets
• Monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on consultant’s and/or contractor design progress
• Ensuring consultants are fulfilling contractual obligations for scope and deliverables
• Reviewing consultant and/or contractor design submissions and progress reports

Requirements:

• With a relevant degree qualification, you will take personal development seriously and be chartered or pursuing a similar level of professional qualification
