Position: Department Manager C-Store (Food & Beverages)
Responsible for development implementation of category wise and overall merchandising strategy of Oasis C Stores food and beverages (F&B) assortment in line with overall ADNOC Distribution objectives. Manages team of category managers who are accountable for all aspects of profit and loss management and category financial results

Responsibilities:

• Leads the new product development within the F&B categories.
• Oversee and approve development of annual operating plan for various categories including products, pricing, packaging, and distribution.
• Manage the team to category managers to achieve category GP targets, overall conversion and basket size and consumer experience targets.
• Leads development of the Private label strategy and develops products within the defined strategy for the categories owned.
