Position: Customer Security Lead – APJ
As a critical member of Customer Security team, you will lead the development of Nokia’s common security mode of operation and capabilities for customer engagement, support Nokia’s customer teams facing security and privacy related issues and engage in security dialogue with Nokia’s leading customers and respective Nokia customer teams (CTs).
- Understand key customer security requirements, Nokia’s key security capabilities and based on them summarize Nokia’s key security and privacy value in an easy to read format for customer and customer team use.
- Analyze the latest security trends emerging from customer demands and industry, estimate their impact to Nokia’s customer offering together with Nokia business groups and actively propose improvements.
- Act as the security advisor to senior Customer Operations management.
- Lead and facilitate the customer security Community of Practice within Nokia.
- Manage Nokia’s customer security mode of operation (MoO) and develop it based on customer and Nokia requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience in Customer Sales and Delivery Roles
- Experience in contract negotiations and compliance
- Knowledgeable and expertise of the latest trends pertaining to security in general and cyber security specifically
