Position: Customer Relationship Manager (Gaming)
Black & Grey HR is hiring for a Gaming business in UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Relationship Manager to maintain strong relationships with our company’s clients to boost our brand and profits in the long-run.
Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them.
- Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience of working in a customer relations/VIP manager role within the Indian gaming space.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices.
