Responsibilities:

• Prepare contracts agreement, annexure etc., and update necessary information on the contracts and return customer copies on time.
• Processing the order on time and providing timely updates to the customer.  •Follow up with the concerned department to ensure timely client updates & vehicle delivery.
• Follow up with the concerned department to ensure Loaner vehicle is delivered and all system and administration tasks related to it are performed like opening agreements, closing agreements, keeping a record of all transactions.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or relevant experience in customer service.
• Must possess professional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Must be able to effectively communicate and interact with customers (internal and external).  Must also possess excellent customer service skills..
• Preferably 1-2 years experience in customer service related job in the service industry.
