Position: Customer Experience Analyst I E Commerce
The job of a Customer Experience Analyst is to work on solving customers’ pain points along with the CX team. His/her role is to identify customer problems from the data and raise these to the relevant teams.
- Define the right SLAs based on the data.
- Keeping a track of SLA achieved.
- Identify the SLA breach reasons by using the data and propose a solution.
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering / Mathematics / Economics or Statistics.
- Diploma / degree in Data Science / Business Analytics is a plus.
- 2-4 years on experience in a Business Analytics role with an E-commerce firm.
