Responsibilities:
- To be fully responsible for the functioning of the Cost Control, stores, and receiving section.
- To check the daily purchases by comparing the invoice against LPO based on item, quantity, and cost.
- To perform the monthly inventory process and posting of month-end inventories in the system.
- To ensure that Policies and Procedures on purchasing, receiving, transferring, issuing, etc. are complied with.
Requirements:
- you’ll have a minimum of 3- 5 years’ experience in a similar role in a four or five-star hotel or comparable industry
- strong analytical & numerical skills High-level competence in Microsoft Excel and other office packages
- Proven negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills (both verbal and written)
