Position: Corporate Director Of Development
As a Director of Development you are responsible to provide market research and due diligence support for the Research and Development Department. You are responsible to assist in the expansion Rotana’s brands by supporting the Development Team in sourcing, negotiating and signing of additional hotels in new and existing markets which align with Rotana’s core strategy. 

Responsibilities:

  •  Participate in implementing the strategic business plan to grow the company’s presence in target markets.
  •  Provide direct support in relation to special projects within the development department.
  • Attend relevant hospitality events and maintain a high profile within the industry in the region.

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will be courteous, able to work with minimal supervision, discreet and capable of dealing with high level of confidentiality.
