Position: Corporate Director of Learning & Development and Talent Management
As a Corporate Director of Talent Management you will direct and coordinate organization-wide efforts to ensure that performance management (PM) and quality improvement (QI) programs are developed and managed. The position is responsible for the design and implementation of Rotana’s global talent management strategy, colleagues learning and development, and effective programs for engagement, retention, promotion, and succession planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement and oversee a global training strategy and e-learning platform.
  • Enhance and develop a holistic Executive talent review and succession planning strategy.
  • Conduct presentations and trainings.

Requirements:

  • You should have a minimum of three years experience in a Human Resources / Learning & Development Leadership role with multi-property responsibility.
  • You must possess a high level of computer literacy and excellent English communication skills.
