Position: Contracts Officer

In this role you will manage the advertisement process and prepare invitation letters, ensuring participation is limited to registered companies. To compile tendering documents by coordinating internally, with Business Units within DP World on their requirements

Responsibilities:

  • To ensure all obligations are carried by vendors/suppliers/contractors out as per defined terms and conditions.
  • To prepare tender documents and relevant documents by effectively coordinating with DP World departments.
  • To participate in tender opening and ensure all tenders related documents are recorded for future reference.
  • To prepare commercial evaluation to assess vendors qualification.
    Contracts
  • To ensure timely action is taken on all service and projects contract expiry dates and follow up on the same.
