Position: Contract Management Supervisor
Contract   management supervisor will be responsible for overall contract billing for   UAE, Qatar, Saudi, CEA customers.  The   role is also responsible to ensure work of the team is as per expected   accuracy, resolving inconsistencies as needed

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the contract set up & Billing timelines are strictly followed by all members of the team
  • Ensuring the billing policy in place is always adhered to
  • Supporting with projects related to process enhancements, automations
  • Ensuring process standardization across all NSOs in agreement with key stakeholders
  • Ensuring the BOT operation is working to its full capability and correctly creating serial numbers

  • Graduate
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a requirement
