Position: Contract Administrator- Legal

Responsibilities:

  • To undertake activities related to tendering & contracts function; and provide administrative support.
  • Review of contracts and legal documents and propose amendments to align the same with company objectives and applicable legal codes/statutory regulations.
  • Identify contractual & legal risks in the documents and report to the line manager/ department head.
  • Tracking and follow up of the contracts and other legal documents (internal and external).
  • Prepare legal notices and correspondences.
  • Any other works assigned by the Line Manager/Dept. Head from time to time.
  • Maintain the working files and safe custody of the legal /contract documents.
