Position: Contact Point Verification Agent
Check the authenticity of the customers contacts details are verified by proper channel of the processing procedure according to the ADIB policy
Responsibilities:
- To ensure that all the Contact Point Verification is done as per ADIB and procedure according to operational manual.
- To maintain a good rapport with Inter-department by ensuring a smooth flow of business.
- To ensure all the verifications are being done as per the CPV script.
Requirements:
- Min 1 year experience in similar field (Call Center, Front line, Customer Service).
- Fair knowledge of service standards, and Computer skills.
