Position: Club Director
Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a growing Sports and Leisure facility in Dubai. Our client is looking for a successful Club director to oversee all the operations and events in the sports facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking full responsibility of managing the gym and pool arena professionally.
  • Taking full responsibility of running the non sporty elements of the complex.
  • Must be 100% equipped in creating a good mix between membership and non membership revenues. 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10+ years experience in managing the sports teams, wellness teams, hospitality team, FnB teams, events marketing team, operations teams day to day, maintenance team, sales team, accounts team..
  • Vast experience in working with sponsors and club sponsorships and advertisements.
