Position: Client Liaison Specialist
To guide, monitor and manage the overall patient and client journey and drive set sales and marketing targets, including relevant guidance to the team

Responsibilities:

  • To drive the client journey and overall patient experience in the clinic through effective service delivery and patient registration and billing processes
  • To drive relevant sales targets in line with overall targets set through the effective use of sales and marketing principles

Requirements:

  • A relevant Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • At least 5 years’ healthcare experience of which at least 2 year included experience in aesthetics and relevant sales and marketing functions
