Position: Civil Engineer
ASPM is a real estate arm of United AlSaqer Group L.L.C. ASPM manage and lease properties in the emirates of Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai and Overseas. Our development projects continue to provide quality residential, commercial and retail space at affordable prices which appeal to a broad range of customers.
Responsibilities:
- Duties in designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building
- Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.
- Prepare technical reports, monthly reports, weekly progress reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Knowledge of ERP Systems.
- Strong personality who can lead a team of technicians.
