Position: Business Support Officer
The Business Support Officer will be responsible for coordinating critical business support requirements in liaison with the Head of Departments across various divisions. The selected candidate will be required to plan, coordinate, and monitor a variety of administrative requests as raised by the Administration Department
- Responsible for all pre-approval end to end process, which includes social media background checks, documents collection, application preparation & submission, follow up, and digital archiving.
- Prepare monthly pre-approval analysis reports by cross-checking it with stakeholders.
- Identify best practices and recommend improvements to internal processes with a focus on automation and smart techniques.
- Manage office space allocation and re-allocation for new joiners and existing staff.
- Handle departmental asset inventories updates.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, management or relevant field.
- 2-3 years of experience in an Administration role.
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.
- PC skills –Good knowledge in MS Office. Power Point presentation highly advantageous.
