Position: Business Operations Director
Overall responsibility and leadership of the local Business Operations function, ensuring optimized support of local sales opportunities and as the single point of ownership, collaborate with other functions to enable this

Responsibilities:

  • Realization of efficiencies in the end to end business operations processes, driving and ensuring achievement of agreed KPIs.
  • Owner of the local business operations’ processes and drive continuous improvements, working collaboratively with colleagues both locally and centrally.
  • Create and manage the Business Operations team, providing leadership and development to ensure the team members are customer focused and business outcome driven.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience and strong track record of leading the strategy and delivery of back office processes and operations
  • Excellent knowledge of end to end processes within Canon
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to create alignment between teams
  • Comfortable in operating in a matrix organization and cross-cultural awareness
