Position: Business Development Manager-B2B Sales

To drive revenue growth, customer acquisition and retention form corporate houses while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop and implement business strategies to penetrate and acquire customers from the market by identifying top corporate houses (Trade Remittances & WPS) as well as cross sell remittances
  • Responsible for developing and implementing business plan for growing the business from the customer segment in UAE. Ensuring driving revenue/volume from the segment and contributing to business
  • Responsible to maximize productivity and efficiency from the team
  • Responsible to coach, guide and motivate the team
  • Responsible to identify the training needs of the individual employees and recommending up skilling of the employee

Post Graduate in Business Management/Business Administration/Marketing

Experience

8-10 Years

Requirements:

  • Post Graduate in Business Management/Business Administration/Marketing
  • Relevant experience of 8-10 years in corporate business, wealth management, relationship management with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong negotiation skills, proactive and self – motivated
  • Good knowledge on MS Office Applications
