Position: Business Area Manager
The successful candidate will join the MEIA EAS team and will be responsible for managing a team supporting Retail, eCommerce, CRM/CRC, and Customer Service operations & systems. In addition, the candidate will be involved in global system rollouts and all SAP-related projects in the MEIA region
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all incidents are resolved/closed promptly
- Provides leadership and direction to the team on priorities, work schedules, and assignments
- Organisation and coordination of EAS testing sessions for system releases and upgrades
- Prepare, update and/or review documentation e.g. procedures, user manuals
