Position: Banquet Captain (Female)
Responsibilities:
- Banqueting functions are set-up according to event order specifications and supervisors’ input.
- Ensures that all guest communications are polite and helpful and exceed guest expectations.
- Ensures that all guest requirements are met in a prompt and courteous manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or similar degree from an accredited college or university with major course, work in hotel business, public or personnel administration, psychology or any other related field.
- Any combination equivalent to experience that provides the required skill and knowledge is qualifying.
