Position: Associate Director – Legal
Support in reviewing and drafting all contracts and legal documents, including facilities management agreements, supply/service agreements, consultancy agreements, amendment agreements, assignment agreements, settlement agreements, confidentiality agreements, MOU’s, LOI’s, and other related agreements).

Responsibilities:

• Support in providing advice on the interpretation and application of contractual and statutory provisions in order to implement and enforce legal contracts or assist in devising strategies for negotiations and legal issues.
• Litigation case management to include liaising with external counsel.
• Liaising with different business units in support of achieving the Company’s objectives.
• Support in ensuring proper compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
