Position: Associate Director/Director – Technical Services (Infrastructure)
We are looking to hire an Associate Director/Director – Technical Services (Infrastructure) who would be responsible for overseeing the planning, management, and coordination of engineering and technical design disciplines across all projects throughout the development cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with and provide guidelines to the various discipline leads of the department throughout the planning and design process.
- Work alongside stakeholder management team to ensure authority approvals.
- Develop and deliver against the procedures for infrastructure, engineering and technical service design input across all stages of projects.
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders to develop requirement specific solutions.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s level qualification in infrastructure, engineering related discipline/ field.
- More than 15 years’ experience post graduate experience in real estate development, with proven track record of leadership managing multiple, large, cross-functional/ multi-disciplinary teams of which at least 5 years at management level.
- Chartered membership of a professional engineering or design institution.
- Previous UAE experience required.
