Position: Assistant, Talent Acquisition
As an Assistant, Talent Acquisition you will support the Talent Acquisition Team with the candidate onboarding journey across your specific allocated divisions within the resort. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with your candidates, working closely with the Administrators to onboard candidates in a timely manner to ensure minimal headcount impact on the operations
Requirements:
- Our ideal candidate will have a strong background within a high volume administration environment, preferably in hospitality, retail, aviation or tourism
- You should have a stable career background with a minimum of 1 years administration, preferably in the UAE
