Position: Assistant Residence Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the residences, including but not limited to concierge services, housekeeping, maintenance, and security.
• Collaborate with the Residences Manager to develop and implement operational strategies that align with the overall goals of the hotel and resort.
• Foster strong relationships with residents by understanding their individual needs, preferences, and expectations.
• Assist in organising resident events, social gatherings, and activities to create a sense of community within the residences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury hotel/resort management or upscale property management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and relationships with residents and staff.
• Proven track record of leadership, team management, and fostering a culture of excellence.
