Position: Assistant Relationship Manager – Mass Affluent Segment
To manage and develop client relationships in a specified geographical area to meet the defined objectives and standards of the bank
Responsibilities:
Monitor and control customer portfolios to achieve desired quality through cross sell, upsell and retention.
Increase profitability, relationship depth while minimising risk to ensure an healthy portfolio.
- Grow sustainable revenues from existing customer portfolio and through targeted acquisition of quality new customers.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of relationship management experience in banking/financial services industry.
A Minimum of CISI Level 1 certification is required.
