Position: Junior HR Officer
Responsible for supporting the daily operations of the HR Department, with focus on employee services, reporting, record keeping and administrative support in a manner that promotes an outstanding employee experience
Responsibilities:
- Support the administration of requests for employment letters including but not limited to salary certificates, experience certificates, and leave requests
- Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of employee events as requested
- Leads the initial communication and onboarding of new joiners from the moment offer letters are accepted to and through their first day joining Alef Education
- Collect requested documents from employees to facilitate their ability to obtain appropriate documentation (visas, labor cards) to legally work for the company
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in a related field an advantage
- Minimum 6 months working experience
- Previous HR experience preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
