Responsibilities:
- IFT vs IFC quantifications based on drawings revisions, and any deviations to be notified as variation
- Preparation of monthly interim payment applications (IPA’s)
- Variations notifications & claim submission and follow ups
- Assist in preparation of EOT claims & time to the operations team
- Maintaining variations log & IPA trackers
Requirements:
- Knowledge of English, Hindi and any regional language
- National Certificate in Quantity Surveyor
- Safety Procedures and knowledge
- Effective Business correspondence skills
