Position: Admin Officer Recruitment
To provide high-level licensing services to clinical candidates joining Mediclinic Middle East in Dubai region. Guide new joiners through the DHA clinical licensing process – physicians, nurses and allied health professionals – and provide an outstanding candidate experience

Responsibilities:

  • Lead regular update meetings with key internal stakeholders
  • Provide insight on candidate eligibility, working closely with the recruiters to ensure smooth service delivery
  • High-tough candidate relationship management

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree qualification or equivalent
  • 5+ years’ experience with DHA Licensing process for clinical candidates
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship building abilities
