Position: Accountant
We are currently recruiting for an Accountant – Treasury to join our team at Transguard Group Ensure that treasury transactions are recorded on an appropriate and timely manner and stated accurately on systems.

Responsibilities:

• Recording of petty cash expenses including employee reimbursements
• Submission of monthly report to Payroll for the employee reimbursements
• Checking and validation of all the supporting invoices submitted
• Bank reconciliations including timely identification and clearance of all reconciling items
• Cheque scanning through ICCS done before cut-off on a daily basis
• Send notification to credit control and receivable team for the bounce cheque

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
• Qualified Accountant/Treasurer
• Minimum English Language Level (by Transguard Group Standards
• MS Office Suite skills.
