Position: Academic Coordinator


Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on submitted applications and provide guidance to applicants.
  • Answer queries related to clinical training program.
  • Prepare relevant documentation and communication messages.
  • Liaise with HR on licensing and onboarding procedures following SGHD policy.
  • Follow up on training and liaise with Finance as relevant.
  • Issuing training completion certificates.
  • Maintain trainees and trainers’ database and other documentation.
  • Other administrative duties as directed by the Academic Affairs manager.

Education

Bachelors Degree

Requirements:

  • Any Graduation
  • 1 – 6 years experience
  • Computer Literate. 
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills.
  • Able to operate Microsoft professionally, Telephone, PC, Copier, and other basic business machines.
